Eat + Drink + Chill at the Old Ice House

The Old Ice House has been a cool place since 1927. Our building was once home to the Crystal Ice Co., a true ice-house.

Icemen would deliver ice weekly to businesses and doorsteps that would turn drinks into magical icy cold beverages. The Crystal Ice Co. remained in business until the 1970s.

Many original features still remain today, including the structure and the gantry crane. Our main dining area is multi-level because hundreds of ice blocks were stored beneath the upper level and hoisted up, and out. Old Ice House continues serving magical icy cold beverages. Owners Brian and Tascha Bond just added great food and a few extra touches to the atmosphere.

Who is Rocco?

Rocco is a cool penguin, not a regular one, and he’s the official mascot at Old Ice House. He keeps things light and keeps the party going. We even named our signature margarita after him, the Rocco-Rita! He’s so cool we made him famous and put him on t-shirts and gave him his own mural on our patio. Come take a pic with Rocco and you can be famous too.
